Desired Healing Centre is a trauma specialized counselling centre located in Prince George, BC. Owned by Jade Mathiscyk, a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and Wellness Workshop Facilitator with over 15 years of experience in complex trauma. The centre offers a range of healing services such as youth & adult counselling, trauma specialized care, and wellness workshops supporting mental health.

Desired Healing Centre's approach is holistic, aiming to create a safe space for clients to share their stories and experiences. Specializing in trauma, CPTSD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, grief, stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and life transitions. The goal of Desired Healing Centre is to create a safe and supportive space for healing.

Our Services

Counselling is provided to youth (12+) and adults. Counselling is provided in-person located in Prince George, BC, as well as online for those across Canada. A complimentary 20-minute consultation is provided to ensure that Desired Healing Centre is the place for you.

Counselling

Desired Healing Centre provides trauma specialized counselling and wellness services to those in need. Specializing working with PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Trauma Specialized Care

Wellness Workshops have a strong focus on holistic healing and tools for helping professionals and individuals to utilize for their well-being. Workshops draw from experiential learning, while including science-based insights and therapeutic modalities to support to enhance the well-being of participants.
