Important note for Online Sessions

For any sessions and booking online at Desired Healing Centre, a secure platform called Jane Clinic Management Software is used.

New Clients

Please book a complimentary consultation call. This is a free 20-minute call for you to ensure that I am the right fit for you as a counsellor for your needs. On the online booking there are options to book your first complimentary consultation.

Counselling

Sessions In-Person or Online

Providing Counselling sessions in-person or online. Taking a person-centered approach and trauma informed lens. Sessions are typically one hour in length. A space for you to process the past and present.

Coaching

Wellness Coach In-person or Online

Coaching creates a space to focus on the present and the future. Depending on where you are in your life coaching may be the perfect fit.

Creating Workshops Supporting Wellness

Wellness Workshops have a strong focus on holistic healing and tools for health care professionals, businesses, and individuals to utilize for their well-being.

A collection of resources and tools for clients. Providing psycho-educational resources and workbooks for clients. Information about the different therapies I use as a Counsellor are included in this area as well.
